Conversation with Sean and Frances

In this conversation, I reflect on how immigrant communities, intercultural leadership, and new worshiping communities are already reshaping the future of the church. True belonging begins when we move beyond welcoming people into our existing structures and allow their stories, gifts, and leadership to change who we are becoming.
